Abstract
PFAPA syndrome (Periodic Fever, Aphtous stomatitis, Pharyngitis, Adenitis) belongs to the wide spectrum of autoinflammatory diseases. The aim of this paper is to describe possible problems in distinguishing PFAPA from other autoinflammatory syndromes.
