This paper investigates a construction, which is in the contemporary linguistics called pseudo-coordination. The existence of this construction in a language as Czech is interesting, because Czech is a highly flective language and it does not preferably use the analytical forms, instead it expresses various stages of events using the means of the Aktionsart: it means various prefixes modifying the event structure.
In my proceeding I am going to describe the pseudo-coordination of a verb jít/go in the V1 position.
