Abstract
The hereditary status - the law applicable to cross-border inheritance - is a professional publication devoted to the very complicated area of private international law, namely the determination of the applicable law in the field of international succession law. The author of the monograph discusses in detail the collisions of the hereditary relations with the international element and the sources of the legal regulation of the international succession law.
The special part is then devoted directly to the heirloom statute according to the inheritance regulation.
