Abstract

Retrospective study of changing periodontal parameters, e.g., clinical pocket depth, gingival recession, clinical attachment loss, bleeding upon probing, and status of interdental crestal bone in intraoral radiographs, after one year following the surgical therapy of intraosseous periodontal defects with the use of regenerative augmentation procedure in 39 teeth in 21 individuals suffering from chronic periodontitis. Surgical therapy led to statistically significant improvement of all evaluated parameters.
