In this review authors discuss the newborn from a high-risk pregnancy. A mother had infection by Coxsackie virus B4 in the 20th weeks of pregnancy, therefore fetus was observed on children's cardiology.
After birth the newborn had an atypical collection of fluid in the upper anterior mediastinum but the newborn didn not have any problems. It is not sure, what type of fluid it is, it is going to do magnetic resonance imaging.
The child is monitored regurerly, the collection of fluid has the same volume and the infant does not have any problems.
