Abstract
This article presents IgG4- related diseases with a special interest in Mikulicz's disease. The article includes case report of this rare disease with dacryoadenitis and sialoadenitis.
Another part of the article covers the ophtalmologic presentations, which in IgG4 - related diseases always affect exclusively extraocular soft tissues and concentrates on the therapeutic possibilities of this presentations
