Abstract
Critical assessment of the future state of accessibility of primary health care both from the point of view of local accessibility and from the viewpoint of the demographic structure of doctors and their staff. Specifying the areas most likely to be faced with the problem of leaving primary care physicians out of the system, ie areas where appropriate incentive conditions should be put in place for young doctors to choose to pursue their primary health care profession in these areas.
