Abstract
The diagnosis and therapy of inflammatory bowel disease are mostly associated with some uncertainties and sometimes with pitfalls than with clinical certainties and confidentialities. There are two case reports depicted some complexities and difficulties during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
