External Determinants of Pedagogical Process from the School Headmasters' Point of View

Abstract

Preparing future teachers is recently often criticized for its unilateral industry focus. The headmasters of the schools new workers held many activities necessary to ensure the correct course of the educational proces.

The readiness of future teachers to work is often insufficient.
