Abstract
The book explores the events of repatriation of Displaced Persons during and after World War II in Europe. Repatriation was organized by public institutions as well as by newly specialized organizations.
The book covers the preparatory phase, the repatriation process as well as the subsequent care of repatriates. A part of the text presents and analyzes the contemporary public communication through media, representative acts or associations.
