A flow injection system and multiple pulse amperometric detection using a glassy carbon electrode were employed to develop and optimize a simple, low-cost, and rapid method for the simultaneous determination of phenolic antioxidants. A sequence of potential pulseswas selected in order to detect all targets separately in a single injection step.
During the characterization of electrochemical detection, conditions for the determination of antioxidants such as the injected volume and the flowratewere studied, the analytical features such as the repeatability and the calibration characteristics in standard solutions of analytes were measured and determination in real samples was performed.
