Abstract

The cave of Kaptar Kamar, found in 2016 by the Czech archaeological expedition led by Ladislav Stančo, has been chosen as potentially suitable for the study of both climate change and ecological human strategies. It is a relic of the older cave system.

The entrance to the cave is 29.5 meters wide and the cave itself is about 30.5 meters long, the height of the entrance area reaches 25.3 meters, while the rear part only 10.3 meters.
