Donating all donor's property

Publication at Faculty of Law |
2017

Abstract

Individual assets (movable and immovable property, tangible and intangible) or property sets of various kinds (commercial and co-ownership shares, business premises, farmhouse, craft workshop, garage with equipment, etc.) can be donated. However, in some cases (in practice, rather rare), the donor may cover all its assets.

Although this right is not explicitly regulated by law, the donor may also donate a proportionate portion of its total assets (one half, two thirds, etc.). What are the content and formalities of this disposition?
