Abstrakt
The text presents the results of the analysis of educational programs for workers who provide early childhood education and care in the Czech Republic. The educational paths of professionals in ECEC, profiles and categorization of educational programs are discussed in detail.
The text summarizes the current developmental trends in the preparation of pedagogical staff in ECEC institutions (ISCED 01 and 02) and points to the challenges in the current system of education and training for pedagogical staff.
