Conditional Release from the Perspective of an Application Praxis and in Selected European Regulations

Abstract

The article deals with an analysis of the regulation and the application praxis of the conditional release in the Czech Republic in the comparison with selected foreigner regulation. Attention is also paid to possibilities of an use of risk assessment tools of recidivism in the case of an assessing the conditions of the conditional release and their limitations.
