Uncle from America: Returns and cultural transfers in the years 1880-1939

Abstract

The article focuses on the problem of migrations from the Czech Lands abroad, especially the short-term and repeated labor migrations. The attention is dedicated to the cultural transfers and circulation of information in the sending communities.
