Nature conservation in the national parks of the Czech Republic from the legal view

Abstract

The contribution deals with the past, present and future of some elements of the legal regulation of the nature conservation in the national parks of the Czech Republic. It focuses especially on the changes, created by the amendment to the Nature Conservation and Landscape Protection Act (No. 114/1992 Coll.) by the Act No. 123/2017 Coll.
