Abstract

This article explores how the number of errors (notwithstanding the nature of errors) in the oral language of Russian language native speakers influences the perception of their oral language by Czech language native speakers. The focus is also on how Czech language native speakers in general perceive errors that belong to different morphological categories, as well as influence of quality, weight and type of errors on the perception.

On the one hand the article explores the relationship between all errors and the average perception mark on all the criteria of the test, and on the other hand the relationship between all errors and average perception mark of the morphology and syntax for each individual respondent. This work also attempts to understand whether there is a type of mistake that occurs in most of individual respondents' oral speech (where morphological errors occur altogether) notwithstanding how they were perceived by the Czech language native speakers.
