Perspectives of prosecuting the "industrialists" for the crime of aggression

Abstract

Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court includes the crime of aggression within the ratione materiae jurisdiction. The contribution discusses the possibilities of prosecuting the so-called industrialists and compares it to prosecution in Nuremberg for the crimes against peace.
