Abstract
Guide in the world of poetry (librarian or teacher) should know good the readers and by reading of a poem and by talking about it, he should concentrate at first on their impressions, experiences and thoughts. This article brings several suggestions, how to create atmosphere that is necessary for sharing and talking about poems, how to arrange rules for this talk, how to be attentive to reactions of readers, how to engage their experience and how to reflect their reading experiences with a poem.
