VII/6. Blažej Jičínský (flourished during the last fourth of the 16th century): Carmina ceska

Abstract

The chapter deals with the uniquely preserved song of Blažej Jičínský called Domin, published at Burian Valda printing press on the coloured broadsheet. The song praises the solemn entry of the Archduke Ferdinand II of Austria, Carl of Styria, Ernst and Matthias of Habsburg in Prague on Wednesday 3 August 1588.
