Abstract
Article entitled "Austrian the imperial court" discusses the Imperial Court under the Basic Law on the Establishment of the Imperial Court 143/1867. After defi ning the origin of this trial I will focus on its characteristics, seat, composition, and other matters of organizational nature.
I will also devote particular jurisdiction of the Imperial Court. Th e article also covers the proceedings before the Imperial Court, including the execution of its fi ndings.
