Abstrakt
The paper addresses the issue of the jurisdiction of the Russian courts in solving private-law disputes with a foreign element. In the Russian Federation, the legislation of international civil procedural law is divided into several codes.
The main legislation to which the contribution gives the most attention is undoubtedly a civil procedure code. The author also deals with the issues of international treaties binding on the judicial authorities in the Russian Federation.
