Abstract
The area of offering and providing financial services is experiencing significant changes in the current period. Following news, which, due to the development of EU law, has brought last year and the year before, for example, into the regulation of consumer lending and lending or in the area of money laundering measures, which includes a considerably wider range of cases than business and business relations arising from the provision of financial services will bring the long-awaited changes to the regulation of investment services, the distribution of so-called structured retail investment products and insurance products with the investment component as well as the distribution of insurance and reinsurance.
