Publication at Faculty of Law |
2016

Abstract

Post-war catalogues of fundamental rights placed human dignity into forefront. Human dignity thus became the key constitutional value and fundamental right.

Human dignity as an interpretive concept inherently requires interpretation in the legal discourse in order to specify its content. In the chapter a proper content of human dignity as a constitutional right and human dignity as constitutional value is sought.
