Admissibility of Private Records as an Evidence in the Criminal Proceedings

Abstract

The article relates to the legal conditions of admissibility of private records as an evidence in the Czech Criminal Proceedings and sumarizes current case law related to the issue including the judgements of the European Courts of Human Rights.
