The textbook is an administrative law in the Czech Republic in an isolated form. It is prepared on the basis of judgments, emphasizes the dynamism of the creation and application of law, and thus inspires the reader with his emphasis on the inexperienced answers instead of the perfect answers.
In this respect, it is very close to the reality of administrative law. A realistic view leads to the finding that rules must be sought concurrently in both legislation and judiciary, and that we can not, however, overcome the unequivocal outcome.
Thus, the Casebook of Administrative Law is not only a key to legislation and the judiciary but, above all, a tool for understanding the public administration.
