The Theory of the Finacial Law and the Financial Science

Abstract

The monograph is divided into three parts. The first deals with the fundamentals of financial law and financial science, including supervisory practices.

The second part deals with the fundamentals of financial law, such as budget law, tax law, grant law, monetary and foreign exchange law, financial system law, banking law, insurance law and capital market law. The third part is focused on the basics of specific areas to financial law - credit, accountancy, gaming, price and wage law, or public procurement law and the right to money laundering.

Although the book is primarily intended for law school students in studying financial law, it can undoubtedly serve as a tool for public and private sector employees who deal with this field of law.
