Abstract
Commentary on three novels by Karel Sabina, that presents the author as a theoretician, historician and critic during more than forty years of acting on the czech cultural scene and emphasizes his role as a mediator and innovator in the formulation of modern program concepts of czech literature that helped to adapt home poetics. Together with them he also introduce into the czech context the questions of philosophical, social and political.
