Abstract
The aim of this technical solution is an epigenetically active feed mixture for Czech petrified cattle with a controlled average iron concentration of 300 +- 50 mg / kg. The composition is composed of a balanced mixture of individual components with different constituents of the epigenetically active component.
The moisture content of the components used was not more than 15% by weight. The nature of the described technique lies in the controlled mixing of the components rich in naturally occurring nitrogenous substances, which are well known as natural complexing agents of biological metal ions, especially iron.
The particular components of the epigenetically active feed are added to the mixture in a precisely given ratio.
