Abstract
The chapter deals with relation between ordinary (petitory proprietor's) and possessory action, mainly from point of view of the plaintiff. The chapter enquires into the foundation of the judicial protection of ius possessionis and of propriety rights, it also analysis separate types of formulation of the request for judicial protection of subjective rights (action's request) that apply within these mentioned actions.
The chapter further deals with utility of ordinary (petitory proprietor's) action and possessory action and states mainly criteria arising from the civil procedure law.
