This article focuses on the process of granting Czechoslovakian citizenship to our compat-riots (repatriates and re-emigrants). It analyses the situation in newly created Czechoslovakia after the end of the First World War and it also very briefly characterises the notions of citizenship, re-emigration, repatriation and "home law".
At the end this article focuses on an activity of Ministry of Interior in cases of granting citizenship in interwar Czechoslovakia.
