Psychedelic Harm-Prevention Use of psychedelics is associated with wide range of consequences, not always beneficial for the individuals, societies, and our environment. What challenges we face nowadays in terms of risks of use of psychedelics? How we deal with them? What can be done more to reduce and prevent harms caused by their use? This space will serve as a platform for an open discussion about risks and their reduction, or better to say their prevention.
We will attempt to identify the main risks of use of psychedelics, review the current services and activities established to reduce potential harms and facilitate gaining benefits, identify the gaps in the current system, and create a list of standards for safe and responsible use. This workshop is open to the researchers, practitioners, but also to psychonauts and other interested people.
