The authors from the Working Group Pediatric Nephrology of the Czech Pediatric Society present here the Czech national Guidelines for the diagnosis UTI in children and adolescents. They present the definition, prevalence, diagnostics, treatment, prognosis and follow-up in pediatric population with urinary tract infections.
