Abstract

This contribution follows the article published in the winter issue of the Sheets of Social Work in 2017. This follow-up text focuses in the first part on the theoretical framework of social farming within the Green Care concept.

In the second part, it focuses on people in social farming. In addition to the most common target groups, it also mentions social workers and their key role in assisting people on their way to meeting their individual needs.
