Abstract
In the Children's Cardiac Center of the 2nd Faculty of Medicine of the Charles University and Motol University Hospital, this year for the first time in the Czech Republic, 19-month-old girl was used in the Heart EXCOR Heart Exercise Paracorporal Mechanical Heart Support. This was due to progressive refractory heart failure due to idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy.
