Industrial design: spectrometric imaging unit with a non-cooling detector. Miniaturization of detectors for the measurement of ion.radiation based on semiconductor detectors together with the miniaturization of the electronics and the reduction of the electric energy consumption represents the way of production of the spectrometric unit without the need of cooling, economically allows spectrometry in applications, where integral measurement been used without identification of the radionuclide
