The landscape of protection of foreign investments is changing. The current backlash against the investment protection regime raises serious questions over its legitimacy and sustainability and keeps a number of policymakers and other experts busy, often at centre of public attention.
Rather than being in the spotlight, there are several institutions that are working more in the shadows. The poster focuses on the five most relevant international organisations possessing knowledge in investment issues and their roles in the reform process.
