Abstract
This Symposium provides a collection of articles based on a conference organised jointly by the Czech National Bank and the Institute of Economic Studies, Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University. The conference was held at the Czech National Bank on October 6-7, 2016.
The Symposium focuses on the interactions between macroeconomic and financial stability and assesses a number of policy-relevant challenges that emerged during the recent global financial crisis. It consists of seven articles by economists from various European central banks and universities.
