Abstract

Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is a clinical syndrome arising on the basis of specific morphological and functional changes in the kidneys of patients with type 1 and 2 type, or other types of diabetes. Upon the occurrence of atypical or klinickolaboratorních anamnestic data is not always necessary - particularly in patients with type 2 diabetes type - consider the possibility nediabetického renal impairment.

BMA is due to diabetic metabolic disorders and yet imprecisely defined genetic predisposition.
