The purpose of this paper is to describe the development of the approach of the judiciary towards the environmental NGO's access to justice in land-use planning matters. The paper provides an overview of the Czech legal framework and analyses key judicial decisions.
The final summary presents broader implications of the development of judicial review from the point of environmental protection in the Czech Republic.
