Major industrial accidents and protection of freshwater resources in context of law of the Czech Republic

Abstrakt

The article deals with the industrial accidents primarily from the two approaches (providing industrial plants with the safest technologies available, in order to minimize the likehood of potential accidents and preparing contingencies and response plans should such accidents happen anyway), focusing on prevention and contingencies.
