Abstract
The article discusses the EU Council Regulation no. 2017/1939 of 12 October 2017 on the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor's Office. This project is a significant expression of the unification of European criminal law and departure from traditional cooperation between the countries on justice towards a unified and directed examination of criminal acts against financial interests of the EU on the entire territory of the EU.
