Abstract
The authors grouping the shoulder joint replacement according to technical criteria and specify the indications for their use. Since various design patterns specific complications occur.
Complications are divided into general and specific to each type of prosthesis. For each complication are mentioned causes and their technical solutions.
Each group of complications is complemented by X-ray and visual documentation.
