Abstract
This article deals with chosen shortcomings of the Act on Aid Services. Although the legislator was not able to accomplish the proposal on a new Aid Act, there is a narrow space to widen volunteers' potential by collective agreements even if they are state servants or work in civil service.
Suggested strategy can enhance providers and aid workers; a solution desirable for the specific Czech legal situation where we can easily identify a few obstacles for a boom of aid services.
