Abstract

In this article, we draw attention to the rare case of a massive lateral thrust of the Th1 / 2 disk, which, after physical exertion, manifested itself with acute pains of the upper pole of the blade with the right hand finger 3-5. A 60-year-old patient suffered severe pain in the upper pole of the right blade for several hours after excessive physical exertion (cleaning the garden).

Gradually, within a few days, the pain radiating on the inner arm's arm was added to the 3rd to 5th finger of the right hand, including a subjective sensation of reduced ring and thumb sensitivity. A history of a light carpal tunnel was diagnosed a year ago at the EMG, which was conservatively addressed, including a local corticosteroid and mesocain.
