Abstract
The article makes reference to the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the methods used for Collaborative Law (CL) and Collaborative Practice (CP) in text only CL/CP the U.S.A. and Canada. It discusses the possibilities of the CL/CP application in the context of EU and countries governed under so cold continental law.
The paper discusses the amendments to legislation adopted in Italy where the principles of the CL/CP methods are anchored in the form of so caled "assisted negotiation" (la negoziazione assistita). Finally I try in the article mention perspectives on ADR application and development in the global world.
