Abstract
The article prezents ADR method in the legal order of the Czech Republik: Conciliation, mediation and arbitration. Explain diferences between this proceedings.Gives an overview of Mediation in the Czech Republic - Act No. 257/2000 Coll, on Probation and Mediation Service, which regulates the criminal or penal mediation and Act No. 202/2012 Coll, on mediation, which regulates mediation in civil disputes provided by registered mediators.
Familiarizes intitute of an ordered first meeting with registered mediator, which a judge or the authority that protects children's rights may order the participants in the disputes. Follows up with qualificaion of mediators, mediator's exam and regulation of Mediation Providers.
Occupies with consumer mediation and mediation of family disputes. Special part concerns on collaborative law, complementary services and transformative mediation.
