Abstract
Using multiple fixed combination of bronchodilators with distinct mechanism of action increases magnitude of bronchodilatation as opposed to the therapy of single bronchodilator. Unnecessary increase of the dose makes the therapy safer.
Such combination is recommended according to classification GOLD 2017 for therapy of stable COPD for groups B, C and D. The article provides an overview of available therapy as well side effects of therapy.
