Abstract
In the European population, the prevalence of endogenous Cushing's syndrome is low, in paediatric population it is unknown. Cushing's syndrome is a rare disease with high morbidity and mortality.
Differential diagnosis of hypercortisolism is complex and can require sophisticated assessment tools. Our report presents a case of a rare ACTH dependent Cushing's syndrome, including differential diagnosis and treatment.
